Log in problem

I can't log in to my account in-game. I recive this message: 
" INVALID CREDENTIALS"

Can someone explain or coule help me please?

This is in the wrong section for one, and for two no further replies have been made by the topic starter in quite a while so I'm thinking this issue was resolved.
