Logging in to Account Help

Hey!


I was active in 2022 and 2023. Got my screenshots from few games on website, now i can't even log in to my account on the site. Can't even get a password reset, it completely looks like my account didn't even exist. What to do? i got all chars unlocked except the very new ones. What could be the problem? is there a new site, ? or they deleted accounts ? or what?

You mentioned website there however, this version runs off a downloadable app. Could it be possible that you played on the other version of the game and not this?

Well the forum and the Arena games have separate member systems, so if you made an account on one of the apps you wouldn't be able to login to the forum using the same user/pass.
