Really good concept for her.

Interesting concept. I have mixed feelings though.

She relies on being targeted by enemies to be useful. Not being targeted dampens the whole kit. The only skill that doesnt require being targeted is not that strong too. Even the S5 DoT is not that strong as it relies purely on stacks. This is where I think she needs improvements. The concept itself of stacking and punishing by targeting her is cool. Perhaps she will be better with better ways of stacking.
