[N-A] Hanabi Trigrams vs Nagato Air Bullets

So, I have found out that Hanabi's Eight Trigrams Revolving Heaven does NOT work against Nagato's Air Bullets.

I was wondering if this is intended or too hard to code in since Air Bullets only stuns due to certain circumstances.

Young Nagato’s Air Bullets is a conditional stun not an actual stun. Therefore does not meet the requirement for Hanabi’s skill.
