I can swear that the game deliberately brought opponents to my rank, but I can't prove it. just look at my ladder match history.
While there is 30 level medium exp, suddenly either p2w players or genin chunin rank opponents come.

Ladder =/= rank

The point is to climb ladder. Your rank is irrelevant. It is how you play the game. The higher rank your opponent is, the more the gain and the less you lose. Your opponent has a lot more to lose than you do.
