Captain Shizune's Four-Corner Sealing Barrier skills can only be used based on the position of the character in the team. This is a missed opportunity for this character. You can see that nobody uses her in the game. At least I haven't seen her used yet.
I would like to suggest that you make Four-Corner Sealing Barrier - Search change to Lock after being used and then Lock to Bind after being used. This way this character would have much more potential.
Also, another added feature for this character would be that Tactical Communication applies Tactical Ambush before the enemy's harmful skill (much like the Iaido support samurai's skill), so Captain Shizune would dodge harmful effects used on her. Otherwise this skill is not worth 1 genjutsu chakra, but rather 1 random, since it only deals 20 normal uncounterable damage if an enemy uses a skill on the target.
