Skill Bug

I use the skill and it doesn't work lol. It's supposed to be a counter that reflects enemies damage back to the enemies' teammates. Except every time I've used it, nothing ever happens, and the enemy affected by the skill is allowed to attack my team.

If it’s an AOE skill, it’s a known issue until we get the new client sometime soon.
Any other skill, it should work.
