Mission Completed but Character not Unlocked (Maki)

Refresh your app or reopen it. Because there are missions that won’t fully register as being done when you are processing match after match so quickly.

Even after two days and the app being closed, the character is still locked. The mission is listed as complete, but I cannot add the character to my team since her avatar is shown behind chains.
