Number 2 is Just like Murders Grammys. I like that format personally as a variation from playing the standard teams.
Number 3 is fine too but abit more war-meta chars added (and a few removed?) to bc-list. That way one can get some new teams going in the sets.
Number 4 is awesome too. Last time something like that was hosted was half a year ago or so.
