My thoughts:
I wanted to submit a character to this game that had something completely unique about them that made them one-of-a-kind in the game. At first, I was going to make his chakra costs all '1 random', but Ebisu sort of took that idea! So instead, I decided to go with every skill having 'no cost'. This is tricky though because it's very hard to balance a character that has no cost for every skill. Please let me know your thoughts and if you believe he is balanced or not. I am totally open to making whatever changes are necessary!
