Ladder issues

So i just found the new app and i am loving it so far. Almost perfect recreation of the original site and its glorious. But i am having issues with ladder matches. When i start looking for a match it stops counting at 5 or 6 seconds and i can only do quick battles. Is anyone else having this problem?

Refresh or restart the app. But close your queue before doing so otherwise you will enter a match without knowing.
