This is made extremely similar to what she does in league. I'm pleased to see her this way.

Everything seems fine, Passive classes are all just passive.

However, her ult is probably the worst one here. Death Lotus is extremely weak here for what it costs and for how easy it is to interrupt. Not just by enemies but by herself too.

Everything is awesome aside from the ult. I expected more from it and this was rather disappointing. Good job still

Not really. It's not only "Classes: Passive" and job done, the passive can be a damage effect or strategic too. For and Example "Classes: Reiatsu, Passive" etc.

Ontopic: Fuckin' good too see League chars there, she's good. I hope we can see another ones in the future.

Well, this is custom chars so sure. But gamewise, passive is passive. It's to make sure it wont interact with other stuff i suppose since it is on a different priority compared to normal skills

Clever boy, but that's not true. lol

Since passive skills are still skills they are not different. Passive is a secondary class, like instant, action and control.

Passive can be like character passive, but still has primary class (strategic, physical, energy)

and the passive what you need to reach or use something for it.
