[n-a] Waiting For Server

Every time I try to complete a command with my characters, instead of completing my turn, the message "waiting for server" appears. At the end of server time, I lose my turn, and my commands have no effect. This has happened in all my battles so far. Is this a game error, or am I doing something wrong??
