Please help me clarify, what does harmful in the effect of some skills mean exactly?
Iruka has a skill (Sealed bomb square release), that damages an enemy that uses a "harmful" skill. What does that mean?
For example, if used on Shikamaru's "Meditate" or Sasuke's "Sharingan" it works and damages them. If used on Chouji's "Akimichi pills" though, it doesn't work, even though the skill clearly damages Chouji.
Does the "Sealed bomb square release" effect only apply if the harmful effect is directed towards my team, or are there exceptions..?
