Sasuke must be immediately rebalanced. That sharingan which makes a target undefencable for ALL his team members and chidori that damages stronger than 4 tail kyubi canon and all kinds of rasengans is insane situation.

The only difference with Sasuke’s Sharingan is that it is invisible when active. But other than that, his skill set has been the same for years. He needed a fresh pace.

Plus, we want to make starter characters being able to compete with newer characters so new players have a chance in opportunities as well. But 100% of the time, people still complain they are not good when really they just suck at the game.

In origins of the game chidori didn't strike 60hp and sharingan was activated only for sasuke with unpierceable reduction. I was trying to say that when era classic characters can kill with one combination while their stronger versions cant do only half of such damage it's not right situation too. It's look unlogic when in Naruto Universe lore chidori and rasengan were shown as equal techniques, but sasuke can do 60 and naruto can do only 45. How Sasukes team can use his own sharingan to ignore invulnerability and reduction? (Same with kiba and akamaru marking, i am already imagining ten-ten which smells dogs p*ss and crushes her hostiles' defences ) Those skills are Unique, and the must work only for those who own and use it. Going further, Cursed Seal Sasuke and Kyubi naruto. Their top techs must be stronger (a little but stronger) than their usual versions. Sasuke deals 50 instead of 60 and Naruto remains 45 with stun. Going further to shippuuden Naruto(s) is perfect, Sasuke(S) Kirin is absolutely wrong btw in 2010ths Sasuke could kill with it. Just relize one thing - balanced already crushed. In 80% rookies with genins still cant defeat sannins with kages in teams. If yoy want make balance - create ingame skill rate for teambuilding and try to make search for equal team, and dont kill the logic of Universe. The origin game did pretty well, i believe u can make better.

Canon has no logic towards what you are trying to prove. We had Santa Claus and that alone beats your logic. The only thing practical about the game and the anime universe is the fact that they exist. If you really want to make it happen, then Naruto would be the most broken character in the game. That fact alone is what will kill the game. We follow suggestions and ratings to keep our bi-weekly updates active to make the game as consistent as we can.

If you want to talk about OG Sasuke, then you need to remember that he used to deal 80 damage with his Chidori instead of 35. His Sharingan was later implemented as an improved effect to increase it to 60.

When CSS and Kyuubi Naruto were released, their kits have never been touched. Except for Kyuubi Naruto increasing & decreasing his Rasengan damage. Until recently, we have touched Kyuubi Naruto due to his rates.

Even in canon logic, he didn't kill with it. It was told that it was faster than sound. Thus why it ignores invulnerability and is piercing. So another logic of yours flawed.

Balance is not crushed. If you want to talk about crushed, go to .net when their starter characters cannot do shit. Now that's a pay-to-win game. Not here. The starter characters can compete with any character in the game. You have people in the top 10 and the top 10 winstreak with starter characters. That is enough proof that starter characters are able to do the job. Rates on skills have NOTHING to do with team building. You do forget the purpose of team building - it is strategy. Like any other game. Based on skills and their effects, you are building teams to create a strategy. Not to combine the most broken bullshit you've ever seen to win.

In conclusion, canon and the game are 2 different logics.

BACK TO THE TOPIC. The reason for Sasuke's buff is because of how low his rates are. We do keep watch on statistics every week to ensure we are trying to create a balanced game for all characters without jeopardizing with favoritism.
