Dosen't seemed balanced. And some of the pictures quality or low.

Looks like a character for the other NA considering classes and non-passive effects.

Overall OP and uninteresting imo. Too straightforward with no clear goal but to damage mindlessly and stunning them while gaining defenses for no reason.

I suggest adding a unique identity to him to make him truly unique as a character. Try turning that skill 4 into a deserving passive because it has potential to play around new skills and punishments/rewards based on it.
