Because it takes a lot to get featured in Play Store, and with copyright issues to get past with the creators of Naruto and Bleach, it could be some time before it can even have a chance to get featured there. For now, you can still download the game just make sure to check "Allow apps from external sources" in your Android's settings. Then download it from the site.
