Hi there. This is my first time actually posting a character on Naruto-Boards. Hope y'all like it. Waiting for feedback, constructive criticism and a rate if I'm not asking for too much. Enjoy!

BLEEDING - Damage that goes through any type of defense. (Doesn't count as affliction)
PARALYSIS - The active cooldowns get stucked instead of decreasing.
