[n-a] akatsuki sasuke(s) 2 jutsu

Hi. Akatsuki Sasukes second jutsu is canceled by becoming invulnerable when it says only using harmful skills cancel it. So either a problem in the description or in functionality of it.

Show screenshot maybe because there's some other skill can make that stun.

When they use a harmful skill, it is canceled. Literally in the first sentence.

It's a control skill. Canceling with stuns or breaking the skill with an invul will interrupt the effect.
